§ 21-0523. Evaluation.\n On August 15, l964, and at intervals of four years thereafter, the\nCommissioner of Environmental Conservation shall evaluate the role of\nthe commission with respect to the waters within and commingled with\nthose in New York, and any other matter over which the commission has\njurisdiction and shall report to the commission thereon. The\nCommissioner of Environmental Conservation shall transmit a copy of such\nreport to the Governor. The Commissioner of Environmental Conservation\nmay make such additional reports to the commission and the Governor as\nhe deems appropriate.\n
