§ 16-0103. Receipt of funds by comptroller.\n The comptroller is hereby authorized to receive from the federal\ngovernment any moneys which the federal government shall offer to the\nstate of New York for reimbursement for expenditures or otherwise in\nconnection with any federal flood control project in the state of New\nYork. The comptroller is authorized, upon receipt of any allotment of\nmoneys from the federal government for reimbursement of expenditures or\notherwise in connection with a flood control project to deposit such\nmoneys to the credit of the general fund.\n
