§ 14-0107. New York ocean and Great Lakes ecosystem conservation\n council.\n 1. There is hereby created the New York ocean and Great Lakes\necosystem conservation council. The council shall consist of the\nfollowing thirteen members: the commissioners of agriculture and\nmarkets, economic development, environmental conservation, general\nservices, parks, recreation and historic preservation, health, education\nand transportation; the secretary of state; the president of the energy\nresearch and development authority; the president of the environmental\nfacilities corporation; the chairman of the state soil and water\nconservation committee; and the chancellor of the state university of\nNew York; or their respective designees.\n 2.
