§ 8-712. Online early mail ballot tracking system.

1.The state board\nof elections shall establish and maintain an electronic early mail\nballot tracking system. In accordance with technical specifications\nprovided by the state board of elections, each local board of elections\nshall maintain an early mail ballot tracking system integrated with the\nstate board's system, and which may be integrated with the United States\npostal service tracking system, to allow a voter who has submitted an\napplication for an early mail ballot to track the status of an early\nmail ballot application and an early mail ballot on the state board or\nlocal board website.\n 2.
