§ 8-508. Challenge report; preparation of. 1. The board of elections\nshall furnish to the board of inspectors of election in each election\ndistrict on each election day a challenge report. Such report shall be\ndivided into four sections and shall contain the following information\nand space to insert the information herein required.\n 2.

(a)The first section of such report shall be reserved for the\ninspectors of election to enter the name, address and registration\nserial number of each person who claims a change in name, or a change of\naddress within the election district, together with the new name or\naddress of each such person. In lieu of preparing section one of the\nchallenge list, the board of elections may provide, next to the name of\neach voter in the computer generated
