§ 603. Court decision. The court shall file its decision with the\nclerk of the court. The decision shall direct the clerk of the court to\nenter the decision together with an appropriate entry for lawful\ninterest as the final judgment. The clerk shall serve a copy of the\njudgment with notice of entry on the condemnee and the condemnor.\n
