§ 8502. Practice of respiratory therapy and use of the title\n"respiratory therapist".
1.Only a person licensed or exempt under this\narticle shall practice respiratory therapy or use the title "respiratory\ntherapist".\n 2. A licensed respiratory therapist may supervise respiratory therapy\ntechnicians in the practice of their profession in such capacities as\nare prescribed by law and as from time to time may be set by the\ncommissioner.\n
