§ 8400 — Introduction

§ 8400. Introduction. This article applies to the professions of\nmental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, creative arts\ntherapy, and psychoanalysis and provides for the licensing of such\npractitioners. The general provisions for all professions contained in\narticle one hundred thirty of this title apply to this article.\n
