* § 817. Student government. The board of education or trustees of\nevery school district serving high school students in grades nine\nthrough twelve with no districtwide or school building peer selected\nstudent government shall establish at least one student government\norganization within such district or school building with the goal of\nensuring all eligible students have the opportunity to participate in\nsuch student government.\n * NB There are 2 § 817's\n
