§ 802-a. Instruction relating to general elections. Every school and\nteacher or instructor shall utilize a sample or facsimile ballot,\nprovided by the appropriate board of elections pursuant to section 7-118\nof the election law, when providing instruction in the electoral process\nrelating to an ongoing general election, for which a sample or facsimile\nballot has been created, or when holding mock elections.\n
