§ 7707. Special provisions.
1.Any person who is licensed as a\ncertified social worker on the effective date of this article shall be\nlicensed as a licensed master social worker without meeting any\nadditional requirements.\n 2. Any person who possesses a master's of social work degree on the\neffective date of this section, who has five years of post-graduate\nsocial work employment and meets the requirements for a license pursuant\nto this article, except for examination, and who files with the\ndepartment within one year of the effective date of this section shall\nbe licensed as a licensed master social worker.\n 3.
