§ 654. President of the corporation.
1.The governor shall appoint,\nwith the advice and consent of the senate, the president of the\ncorporation. The president shall be the chief executive officer of the\ncorporation and shall serve at the pleasure of the governor.\n 2. Any vacancy shall be filled for the unexpired term in the same\nmanner as the original appointment.\n 3. The salary of the president shall be fixed by the governor from\nappropriations made to the corporation.\n
