§ 6433. Campus crime reporting and statistics. Each college that\nreceives state aid shall indicate on their website how to access the\ncampus crime statistics that are filed annually with the United States\nDepartment of Education as required under Title 20 of the U.S. Code\nSection 1092(f).\n The information on each college's website shall include the United\nStates Department of Education's website address for campus crime\nstatistics and a link to statistics for that college. Each college shall\nreport and post incidents of hate crime offenses as a separate, clearly\ndesignated category on their website.\n The president or chief administrative officer of each college shall,\nworking with the advisory committee on campus safety, inform students\nand prospective students of the exist
