§ 607. Required disclosure to matriculated students. The commissioner\nof education shall promulgate rules and regulations to reflect and\nadminister the intent of section 493A of the Higher Education Act of\n1965 as last amended by P.L. 94-482 concerning institutional and\nfinancial aid for students.\n The information, to be disseminated through but not limited to,\ncollege catalogues or bulletins, shall include in addition to that\ninformation cited by congress, job placement and graduate school\nplacement statistics where available.\n All material required by this section and all material contained in\nthe bulletin shall be truthfully representative of the institution.\n
