§ 494. Article not affected if in part unconstitutional or\nineffective. If any section, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause\nor provision of this article shall be unconstitutional or be ineffective\nin whole or in part, to the extent that it is not unconstitutional or\nineffective, it shall be valid or effective and no other section,\nsubdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision shall on account\nthereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.\n
