§ 4805. Course of instruction. The board of managers shall prescribe\nthe course of instruction to be followed in such school, subject to the\napproval of the commissioner of education. Such instruction shall\ninclude instruction in agriculture, mechanic arts, trades and homemaking\nand in the duties, responsibilities and privileges of citizenship. The\nprovisions of this article and of the regulations of the education\ndepartment relating to vocational instruction in the public schools\nshall apply to such school so far as they do not conflict with the\nprovisions of this article and may be made applicable thereto.\n
