§ 4352. Object of institution. The primary object of the school shall\nbe to furnish to children of the state suffering from deafness or a\ncombination of deafness and other handicaps, and who may be expected to\nprofit from instruction, such educational opportunities as will enable\nthem, so far as practical, to become useful and well-adjusted citizens\nof the state.\n
