§ 4305. Members of board; compensation; disabilities. The members of\nthe board of visitors shall serve without pay, but they shall be paid\ntheir actual expenses necessarily incurred in the discharge of their\nofficial duties. No member of such board shall be pecuniarily\ninterested in any contract for buildings pertaining to the school or in\nfurnishing supplies therefor.\n
