  § 373-a. Jurisdiction in actions by, against or involving the fund.\nThe state supreme court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any action,\nwhere the amount sought to be recovered, exclusive of interest and\ncosts, exceeds ten thousand dollars, brought by or against or involving\nthe fund.  The venue of any such action shall be determined in\naccordance with the provisions of the civil practice law and rules.\n
