  § 3708. Bond required of collector or treasurer.  The collector or the\ntreasurer, if the district has a treasurer, of each of such school\ndistricts shall execute and file with the supervisor of such town a bond\nof twice the amount of such apportionment with sufficient sureties, to\nbe approved by such supervisor.\n
