§ 3628 — Excess expenditures

§ 3628. Excess expenditures. Unless otherwise provided in this part,\nany expenditure for transportation in excess of the allowable\ntransportation expense as determined according to the provisions of this\npart shall not be used in determining the amount of any other form of\nstate aid.\n
