§ 3602-d. Work-prep education program.

1.Legislative findings. The\nlegislature recognizes that rapid technological advances and global\neconomic competition demand increased levels of skilled career education\npreparation and readiness on the part of youths entering the workforce.\nEffective strategies reaching beyond the boundaries of traditional\nschooling are necessary to provide early and sustained intervention by\nparents, teachers, and educational institutions in the lives of\nstudents.
