§ 3304-a. Advance enrollment. A student whose parent or guardian is\nbeing relocated to the state under military orders and is transferred or\nis pending transfer to a military installation within the state shall be\ndeemed to be a resident pupil of a school district for the purposes of\nenrollment pursuant to section three thousand two hundred two of this\ntitle, provided that such parent or guardian provides a school district\nan address that the student will reside within the boundaries of the\ndistrict in which the student is to be enrolled. A school district shall\npermit a student to enroll preliminarily by remote registration without\ncharge and shall not require the student or the parent or guardian of\nthe student to physically appear at a location within the district for\nthe p
