§ 3028-d. Protection of school employees who report information\nregarding illegal or inappropriate financial practices. Any employee of\na school district, board of cooperative educational services, or charter\nschool having reasonable cause to suspect that the fiscal practices or\nactions of an employee or officer of a school district, charter school,\nor board of cooperative educational services, violate any local, state,\nfederal law or rule and regulation, relating to the financial practices\nof such entity and who in good faith reports such information to an\nofficial of such school district, board of cooperative educational\nservices or charter school, or to the office of the state comptroller,\nthe commissioner or to law enforcement authorities, shall have immunity\nfrom any civi
