§ 3004-C — Denial of application for certification

§ 3004-c. Denial of application for certification. When the\ncommissioner determines that a certification should be denied, the\napplicant shall be afforded notice and the right to be heard and offer\nproof in opposition to such determination in accordance with the\nregulations of the commissioner.\n
