§ 295 — Support of interstate library district

§ 295. Support of interstate library district. Any library, library\nsystem, county, city, village, town or school district of this state may\nprovide funds, including funds received from local taxation for state\naid for the support and operation of an interstate library district\nestablished as provided herein, in accordance with the terms of the\nagreement establishing the same provided that such agreement together\nwith the plan of library service thereunder has been approved by the\ncommissioner.\n
