  § 2212. Removal of district superintendent from office.  A district\nsuperintendent may be removed from office at any time upon the\naffirmative vote of a majority of the members of the board of\ncooperative educational services, or by the commissioner pursuant to\nsection three hundred six of this chapter.\n
