§ 212-c. Teacher accreditation review fees. The costs of accreditation\nreviews of teacher education programs shall be borne by the institution\nseeking accreditation by the board of regents. The commissioner shall\nestablish and charge fees to cover the costs of the accreditation\nvisits, any other related visits the commissioner may determine to be\nnecessary, and related expenses. Fees collected shall be deposited to\nthe credit of the teacher education accreditation account and disbursed\npursuant to section ninety-nine-h of the state finance law. The\ncommissioner shall be authorized to adopt any regulations needed to\nimplement the provisions of this section.\n
