§ 2040-a. Contributions to school districts containing migrant labor\ncamps. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, and for the purpose\nof sharing the extra expense incurred by a school district in providing\ntemporary educational facilities for children living in a migrant labor\ncamp located therein which supplies labor to employers residing in other\nschool districts, the board of education, trustee, or trustees of any\nadjoining school district, or other school district in the same town,\nwhere employers residing therein are supplied with labor from such\nmigrant labor camp, may contribute not more than three hundred dollars\nannually to the school district in which such migrant labor camp is\nlocated.
