§ 1501-c. Voting by residents of certain facilities. Notwithstanding\nany provision of this title to the contrary, the provisions of section\n8-407 of the election law shall apply to all elections conducted\npursuant to this title by a school district. The board of elections of\nthe city or county in which a school district is located shall provide\nfor the implementation of the provisions of this section.\n
