§ 77-f. Simultaneous proceedings. If a proceeding for enforcement\nunder this title is commenced in a court of this state and the court\ndetermines that a proceeding to modify the determination is pending in a\ncourt of another state having jurisdiction to modify the determination\nunder title two of this article, the enforcing court shall immediately\ncommunicate with the modifying court. The proceeding for enforcement\ncontinues unless the enforcing court, after consultation with the\nmodifying court, stays or dismisses the proceeding.\n
