§ 7. Further security. The judge may, upon his own motion or upon the\napplication of any party in interest, and on such notice as he may\ndirect to be given to the assignor, assignee and surety, require further\nsecurity to be given whenever, in his judgment, the security afforded by\nthe bond on file is not adequate.\n
