§ 207. Order to show cause. The court shall thereupon grant an order,\ndirecting notice to be given to all persons interested in the estate of\nthe debtor, in respect to whom or whose estate such trustee was\nappointed, to show cause on a day, or at a term and at a place therein\nto be specified, why he should not be permitted to renounce his\nappointment.\n
