§ 160. Trustees for creditors. All trustees, appointed under any\nauthority, conferred by articles three, four and five of this chapter,\nin the several cases therein contemplated, are hereby declared to be\ntrustees of the estate of the debtor, in relation to whose property they\nshall be appointed, for the benefit of his creditors; and shall be\nvested with all the powers and authority hereinafter specified, and\nshall be subject to the control, obligations and responsibilities\nhereinafter declared.\n
