§ 83-b. Membership of board. The advisory board shall consist of:\n (a) A representative of the New York state department of civil service\nwho will serve as secretary to the board. This member will have no vote\nin the proceedings but shall transmit to findings of the board to the\nstate civil service commission.\n (b) The chief executive officer of the civil service agency\nresponsible for the administration of civil service law for the newly\norganized or enlarged police organization.\n (c) The chief executive of the municipality of the newly created or\nenlarged police organization or his duly designated representative.\n (d) 1.
