§ 164. Coverage for dependents.
1.Each employee shall be entitled to\nhave his spouse and dependent children, as defined by the regulations of\nthe president, included in the coverage upon agreeing to pay his\ncontribution, if any, to the cost of such coverage for such dependents.\nThe president shall adopt regulations governing the discontinuance and\nresumption by employees of coverage for dependents.\n 2. During the fiscal year ending March thirty-first, two thousand\nsixteen, the president may establish an amnesty period not to exceed\nsixty days. During this amnesty period when any employee enrolled in the\nplan voluntarily identifies any ineligible dependent:\n (a) the termination of the ineligible dependent's coverage resulting\nfrom such employee's timely compliance shall be m
