§ 6347. Effect of findings and determinations in subsequent\nproceedings. Notwithstanding any contrary claim based on common law or a\nprovision of any other law, no finding or determination made pursuant to\nthis article shall be interpreted as binding, or having collateral\nestoppel or similar effect, in any other action or proceeding, or with\nrespect to any other determination or finding, in any court, forum or\nadministrative proceeding.\n
