§ 5711. Where appeal heard. Except as provided in subdivision (d) of\nrule 511, an appeal to the appellate division shall be brought in the\ndepartment embracing the county in which the judgment or order appealed\nfrom is entered and there heard and determined unless, in furtherance of\njustice, the appeal is sent to another department.\n
