§ 5518. Preliminary injunction or temporary restraining order by\nappellate division. The appellate division may grant, modify or limit a\npreliminary injunction or temporary restraining order pending an appeal\nor determination of a motion for permission to appeal in any case\nspecified in section 6301.\n
