§ 1355. Civil actions notice. Within fifteen days of commencing a\ncivil proceeding pursuant to this article, the prosecutor bringing such\naction must notify those district attorneys who were affected district\nattorneys within the meaning of section 460.60 of the penal law in the\nprior criminal proceeding.\n
