§ 107 — Appendix of official forms
§ 107. Appendix of official forms. The state administrator shall have\nthe power to adopt, amend and rescind an appendix of forms. Forms\nadopted pursuant to this section shall be sufficient under the civil\npractice law and rules and shall illustrate the simplicity and brevity\nof statement which the civil practice law and rules contemplate.\n
