§ 10001. Repeal of the civil practice act. Chapter nine hundred\ntwenty-five of the laws of nineteen hundred twenty, entitled "An act in\nrelation to the civil practice in the courts of the state of New York, "\nand all acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, constituting\nthe civil practice act, as heretofore in effect, are hereby repealed.\n
