§ 102 — Amendment, rescission or adoption of rules
§ 102. Amendment, rescission or adoption of rules. The civil practice\nrules are herein designated "rule". Any rule in this chapter may be\namended, or rescinded, or additional civil practice rules may be\nadopted, not inconsistent with the constitution, by act of the\nlegislature. No rule so amended, rescinded or adopted shall abridge or\nenlarge the substantive rights of any party.\n
