§ 580.10 Securing attendance of defendants confined as prisoners in\n institutions of other jurisdictions of the United States;\n methods.\n The attendance in a criminal action pending in a court of this state\nof a defendant confined as a prisoner in an institution of another\njurisdiction of the United States may, under prescribed circumstances,\nbe secured pursuant to:\n 1. Section 570.12 of article five hundred seventy, known as the\nuniform criminal extradition act; or\n 2. Section 580.20, known as the agreement on detainers; or\n 3. Section 580.30.\n
