§ 360.10 Trial jury; formation in general.\n 1. A trial jury consists of six jurors, but "alternate jurors" may be\nselected and sworn pursuant to section 360.35.\n 2. The panel from which the jury is drawn is formed and selected as\nprescribed in the uniform district court act, uniform city court act,\nand uniform justice court act. In the New York city criminal court the\npanel from which the jury is drawn is formed and selected in the same\nmanner as is prescribed for the formation and selection of a panel in\nthe supreme court in counties within cities having a population of one\nmillion or more.\n
