§ 503. Permit to bring liquor into jail. A permit by a jail physician\nas specified in the last section shall not be granted, unless the\nphysician is satisfied, that the liquor allowed to be furnished is\nnecessary for the health of the civil prisoner, for whose use it is\npermitted and that fact must be stated in the permit.\n
