§ 360. Prisoner's property to be delivered to him on his discharge.\nWhen the prisoner dies, or is lawfully discharged from imprisonment, the\ntrustee or trustees must deliver over to him, or to his legal\nrepresentatives, all his property, remaining in their hands, after\ndeducting therefrom their lawful expenses and commissions.\n
