§ 325. Proceedings on pardon or commutation of sentence. Should said\nconvicted person be pardoned, or his sentence be commuted, the court\nshall direct the committee to transfer to him, after his discharge from\nprison, all of said property remaining in his hands not lawfully applied\nor used as herein provided for, and upon the death of such convicted\nperson not pardoned or commuted as aforesaid, the court shall direct the\ndistribution of such property as upon the natural death of a person not\nconvicted.\n
