§ 264. Form and service of subpoena; witness fees. A subpoena, or\nsubpoena duces tecum, issued in conformity with the provisions of this\narticle, shall be signed by the governor's secretary, and be attested by\nthe privy seal of the state. A subpoena issued under this section shall\nbe regulated by the civil practice law and rules.\n
