Text
§ 107. Entry into force. This compact shall enter into force and\nbecome effective and binding upon the states so acting when it has been\nenacted into law by any two states. Thereafter, this compact shall\nenter into force and become effective and binding as to any other of\nsaid states upon similar action by such state.\n
